Kansas. The home has 1341 sq. feet
with 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, utility room from the garage.
The utility room has a bathroom.
The garage is 1 car. There is
a large fenced back yard with a utility building.
Terms: 10% of purchase price
day of auction, the balance will be due upon closing on or before November 19,
2019. Possession will be upon
closing. Title insurance will be
used the cost will be split 50/50 between seller & purchaser.
Escrow fees will be split 50/50 between seller & purchaser.
The seller will do no inspections or repairs on the home.
All inspections must be made by October 17, 2019.
Taxes will be prorated to closing.
The 2018 taxes were $1,998.64.
