Auction will be held at the home located at 602 Spruce in Jamestown, Ks.

 Legal Description: Lots 1 & 2 Block 9 Hitchcoxs Addition City Jamestown, Cloud Co. Kansas

Description: 2 story 2294 sq. ft. 6 bedroom home w/ 1 bath, partial basement, wrap around porch, central heat, window air, located on a corner lot. The seller will do no inspections or repairs on the home.  

Possession & Taxes: Upon closing on or before August 1, 2019.  Taxes will be prorated to closing.  2018 taxes were $675.28.

Terms:  10% of purchase price as down payment day of auction, the balance will be due upon closing on or before August 1, 2019.  Down payment will be escrowed with First Security Title Co..  Escrow fees will be split 50/50 between seller & purchaser. Title insurance will be used, the cost will be split 50/50 between seller & purchaser.
