Auction will be held at the home located at 2980 US Highway 24 Beloit, Ks.

Description: 1 story 960 sq. ft. 4 bedroom home w/ 2 baths, full basement. The house sets behind the motel East of Shamburg Oil on Highway 24 in Beloit, Ks. The seller will do no inspections or repairs on the home.  

Possession & Taxes: Upon closing on or before September 30, 2019.  Taxes will be prorated to closing. 

Terms:  10% of purchase price as down payment day of auction, the balance will be due upon closing on or before September 30, 2019.  Down payment will be escrowed with Frasier, Johnson & Martin LLC.   Escrow fees will be split 50/50 between seller & purchaser. Title insurance will be used, the cost will be split 50/50 between seller & purchaser.  All inspections must be made by purchaser before August 28, 2019.
